1.1 General Use

1.2 Product Descriptions and Availability
We strive for accuracy in all product listings. However, due to supplier constraints and human error, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, stock availability, or images are always current. All images are illustrative.
1.3 Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment must be made before any branded orders are processed. Payment methods accepted include EFT and card (Visa/Mastercard). No Amex/Diners. Orders over R50,000 may require a 50% deposit before processing.
1.4 Samples
Sample orders must be paid for and collected within 5 working days. Items under R30 excl. VAT are non-returnable. Higher-value samples can be returned within 5 working days in original condition with the relevant order number for credit.
1.5 Pricing
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier changes, import duties, or fluctuations in production costs.
We respect your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect and use customer data only for purposes related to order processing, account management, and marketing (if opted-in). No data is shared with third parties unrelated to fulfilling your order.
We use cookies to improve website experience and Google Analytics to analyze visitor interactions anonymously. You can opt out of non-essential tracking at any time.

Orders will be shipped using our selected logistics partners. Delivery timelines:
Customers are responsible for correct delivery address details. Delivery is only confirmed once full payment has reflected in our account.
Returns must be logged within 48 hours of delivery/collection. No returns will be accepted without written consent and a valid invoice.
Items returned must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid order number.
Branded items, memory sticks, and clearance stock are non-returnable unless faulty.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% handling/admin fee. Refunds are processed weekly via EFT.
Orders over R5000 excl. VAT cancelled after confirmation will attract a 15% cancellation fee. Where branding layouts were already prepared, an additional R100 excl. VAT per layout will be charged.
Orders unpaid after 10 working days may be deemed cancelled.
All products are sold "as-is" with any manufacturer warranties passed directly to the customer. Corporate Threads makes no additional warranties unless explicitly stated. Claims for faulty stock must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Corporate Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any of our products.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, supplier delays, strikes, lockdowns, or civil unrest.
These policies are governed by South African law. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg.
Samples are available on request and billed upfront. Returns are only accepted for items over R30 excl. VAT and in original condition. No returns on memory sticks or branded items.
Clients are responsible for submitting artwork in vector format (.AI, .PDF, .CDR). Text must be converted to curves. Branding begins after payment and layout approval.
Incorrect artwork formats will incur a R300 redrawing fee (first 2 changes free, then R100/change). Branding changes after approval may affect delivery timelin
